Come ogni anno, anche stavolta i redattori delle testate videoludiche più importanti del pianeta hanno stilato la lista dei titoli più belli a cui hanno avuto modo di giocare durante l’ultima edizione della fiera videoludica di Los Angeles.
Tra i progetti più apprezzati della fiera e, quindi, tra i più ricorrenti nelle nomination dei Game Critics Awards dell’edizione coincidente con l’E3 2014, troviamo Evolve, Destiny e Rainbow Six Siege: con le sue sei candidature, lo sparatutto cooperativo degli studi Turtle Rock è il titolo con la più alta probabilità di vincere lambito premio del “Best of Show”.
Per portarsi a casa l’Oscar dell’E3, però, i quattro cacciatori protagonisti di Evolve dovranno vedersela con gli eroi digitali di Alien Isolation, Batman Arkham Knight, La Terra di Mezzo L’Ombra di Mordor, No Man’s Sky e dello stesso Rainbow Six Siege. L’assenza di videogiochi come The Division, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain o The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt trova giustificazione nel regolamento ufficiale del premio che vieta ai giornalisti di indicare un titolo che, come nei casi appena citati, non è stato possibile provare in fiera.
